Entry for designEX is free for PRE-REGISTERED professionals. If you register at the exhibition an entry fee of $20 will apply. Pre-registration has now closed.
When pre-registering for Interior Trends Market Week or designEX, you will automatically receive access to the other event - you do not need to register for both events.
CPD Points
Registered building practitioners can now claim 3 Continuing Professional Development (CPD) points simply by attending designEX this year. Simply get your visitor badge stamped on entry to the exhibition!
The shows are business events that are trade focused, therefore persons under the age of 16, are not permitted.
A complimentary creche service is available on show days
Babies and Toddlers
dmg world media recommends that parents of babies not take their pram/stroller into the exhibition, preferring either that they use the crèche service (free) or use the free pouches/backpacks provided from the crèche.
If you choose to ignore this advice, you are required to complete a form at the show and in doing so agree to accept full responsibility for the safety and security of the pram/stroller and child within the pram/stroller, and indemnify dmg world media against any potential claims relating to the use of a pram or stroller within the venue. dmg shall not be liable for Claims made by any person (including without limitation, any Visitor, any other exhibitor at the show, the operator of the Venue or any government department or agency), as a result of the acts or omissions of the visitor, Exhibitor, its employees, servants, agents or licensees or anyone else engaged by or acting through or at the request of the Exhibitor (including as a result of the negligence of any of those people).

Interior Design Awards
 The achievements of Australia’s world-class interior designers and architects will be recognised and celebrated at the 2007 Interior Design Awards. The awards are a partnership event for designEX, the Design Institute of Australia and Artichoke magazine.

Interior Trends Market Week
The most opulent fabrics from Australia’s leading fabric importers and wholesalers will be beautifully displayed as part of the official exhibition of the Textile Distributors Association of Australia, Interior Trends Market Week. The exhibition is an exquisite display of fabrics for curtains and soft furnishings, maintaining its unique identity as Australia’s best fabric showcase.
Form & Function
Returning to Melbourne in 2007 following successful launches in Melbourne 2005 and Sydney 2006, Form & Function is the industry forum for architecture and building.
